Shalys is the solo of Laurent Alain from France. He discovered techno music in the end of 80's.

His first experience with music was playing keyboard from the age of 13. In 2001 he began making ​

music for fun.​

He started his dj career in 2006. He was soon playing at many parties in France, his obvious enjoyement​

behind decks passing through to the public.​

In 2007, he began seriously producing psytrance under the project Shalys, working every day to improve his style. After few releases in different labels, he signed to Free-Spirit records during 3 years. He released its second Ep to Geomagnetic Rec. Then he focused to his second projet " Indishanti " in proggy style, groovy and an indian spiritual vibe. After 2 released on Yellow Sunshine Explosion Rec, he decided to build his own label and with 4 very  good friends, Dj Ashram, Psyva, Diabolo & Psy Warrior, they created SERUM Records.
